1st & 3rd Sundays: 10.30am Service

What to expect

We start with about 30 minutes of sung worship, which is led from the front by our worship team. Our music style is contemporary, and we sing a number of well-known modern songs, hymns, as well as a growing number of homegrown songs written by our team.

The children leave for their fantastic groups around 11am, then it’s welcome & notices, and onto our teaching which usually lasts around 20-30 minutes, often with discussion around tables.

We set out our hall in a ‘Cafe-Style’ with chairs around tables to encourage a building of community. All ages are welcome – don’t worry if your children are noisy, we are family!

On the second and fifth Sundays of the month, our services are all-age! There will be no separate children’s or youth work provision on these weeks.

At 10.30am our worship team will lead us in sung praise and worship, with songs that will be accessible to all. We will have activities for the children to engage with the sermon topic, so all ages are able to receive from the teaching in an age-appropriate way.

As always we’ll finish with our wonderful tea, coffee, biscuits and conversation time!

10.30am brings us ‘Diving Deeper’, an interactive and informal Bible study led by our teaching team. Chairs around tables, tea and coffee available, come and get stuck into the Word of God with one another and enjoy fellowship at the same time.

At 4pm we host Little Church, which is a service specially designed for children and families – though all are welcome! It starts in the Back Hall with craft and games, then we come over to the Main Hall for kids worship songs and teaching. It all finishes with food, too! Little Church is always lots of fun.
